Description: For the waterfowler, there is nothing better for the soul than watching the day break as the morning’s first big flock of ducks start working your spread – their chattering back and forth- the sound of their wings cutting the cold air – the smell of coffee in the blind – the restless lab sitting next to you – and then the sweet smell of gun powder – this is what duck hunting is all about…
This duck hunting paradise farms and manages nearly ten thousand acres of farm ground of which 95% of the crop is rice. They rotate crops with soybeans and Japanese millet which can also be flooded for the ducks.
