RESPONSIBILITY
The undersigned acknowledges that Remington Country Outfitters acts only as an agent for any outfitters, lodges, transportation carriers, hotels, ground operators, and/or other suppliers of services connected with these tours (“other providers”), and the other providers are solely responsible and liable for providing their respective services. The undersigned hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Remington Country Outfitters, and Remington Arms Company their officers, agents, servants, or employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or and of the property belonging to me, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLEGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.
The undersigned acknowledges and is fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected to this activity and all adventure travel, including but not limited to travel risks. I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to my property and me. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.
The undersigned agrees to be responsible for the costs of all accommodations and transportation for overnights en route to and from the trip destination that are caused by bad weather, flight schedules, over booking or cancellations, other events beyond the reasonable control of Remington Country Outfitters, or which are not specifically included in the bookings made for the undersigned by Remington Country Outfitters. The undersigned agrees that Remington Country Outfitters, and Remington Arms Company shall not be responsible for return of any deposits and/or payments due to the cancellation or change of schedule by the undersigned or by any provider of services other than Remington Country Outfitters.
BASIS OF RATES:
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Rates are based on current tariffs and are subject to chance due to unforeseen circumstances.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Remington Country Outfitters requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure reservations and dates. The remaining 50% balance is due in full no later than 60 days prior to the schedule trip arrival date. If Remington Country Outfitters does not receive this signed document at 60 days after booking the date of the trip, all deposits and payments could be forfeited. If trip is reserved within 60 days of the said activity, full payment is required to secure your reservation.
If a trip is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival or less than 60 days prior to license application deadline, all deposits and payments could be forfeited.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Remington Country Outfitters reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the trip or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial use. By making a reservation on a Remington Country Outfitter trip, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used Remington Country Outfitters, Remington Arms Company and the outfitter without compensation to the undersigned. If the undersigned prefers that his/her likeness not be used, he/she must notify us in writing prior to departure of the trip.
Copyright in all photographs, video, and related materials created by Remington Country Outfitters shall belong to Remington Country Outfitters.
IN SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT:
I have read the foregoing Terms and Conditions, understand it and sign voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
It is my express intent that this Terms and Conditions document shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above-named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Terms and Conditions agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
I understand that I have been given the option to purchase additional insurance to cover any accidents or delays resulting from my participation in this trip. As such, I am aware that I should review my personal insurance portfolio, especially accident/medical coverage.
