Description: This cozy thatch-roofed lodge has the most spectacular views, which make a wonderful setting to spare and relax after enjoying the best shooting ever.
Duck shooting here features comfortable and well-camouflaged blinds; quality specie-specific decoys; and all the boats, trucks to get you to where the ducks are each day. Guides place you where you need to be to get the kind of duck hunting you've only dreamed of until now. Shooting twice a day, morning and evening, and there is plenty of time to unwind and relax at midday. The shooting occurs on the shores of San Javier Rivers, over some of the hundreds of islands or over rice fields. You will be where the ducks are.
For morning hunts, our hunters depart from the lodge in the dark, but after a hearty breakfast. Depending on the time of the year and the behavior of the birds (scouted every day), the time to get to the birds will be an hour, including car and boat driving.
Shooting over decoys starts at first light and continues until 10 am or after. Depending on the skills of the shooter the limit can be reached in 30 to 45 minutes. Flocks of 20 or 30 are not rare. Most days, duck hunters return to the lodge for lunch and a siesta before afternoon departure at about 3pm for evening duck hunts. Evening hunts last until dark.
You can hunt different species depending on the time of the year, the rosy billed and whistling ducks being the most common, along with some teals.
Bird-boys are professional and well trained. You will witness their skills to set up the decoys and the way they call out the ducks.
Accommodations: The lodge offers 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, and can accommodate 10 guests, and while you are at the ranch, it is yours to enjoy, form the comfortable living room with its inviting fireplace, to the dining room offering beautiful views over open fields and the Parana River shore.
Capacity – 10 guns with 5 double rooms with private bathrooms
