Description: 12 lucky hunters will join us in Southern New Mexico on an exciting trophy elk hunt in 2017! We have secured all of the first muzzleloader season dates for 2017 and will have the entire camp
exclusively for our hunting party.
These are the PREMIER hunting dates of the year, and hunters can expect an unforgettable experience on the finest elk hunting ground in the West! Our 2017 dates will get the benefit of a dark moon and the firstshots with firearms in some of the best elk hunting ground anywhere in the world.
The genetics in the area will not be surpassed anywhere. This destination has mature bulls and most taken will score between 310 and 350 B & C. Some of their top bulls have scored 407, 405, 398, 421 and so on.
The terrain consists of Pinon pine and Juniper country and a lot of it is really open. Hunts are conducted through spot and stalk techniques. All guides are local to the area and know the ranches well.
Accommodations: Nice spacious lodging overlooking the Gila, clean comfortable rooms, new barn with walk-in cooler, and a full time cook with excellent meals.
