Description: This historic resort began as a record producing seafood cannery more than 100 years ago. Anglers continue to break records today due in part to the area’s unique undersea geography and tons of bait fish that attract large quantities of trophy-sized salmon, halibut, red snapper and ling cod.
The resort overlooks the majestic Ulloa Channel and sits on 52 forested acres, home to unique wildlife, birds, one-of a kind flora and miles of hiking trails, boardwalks and a signature waterfall.
The resort is a short and scenic sea plane ride from Ketchikan, AK and just 90 min. from Seattle, WA. Guests and their generations will appreciate the Resorts’ personalized service, one-to-one guest to staff ratio, waterfront accommodations and dedicated fish processing.
Accommodations: After an exciting day of sportfishing, relax in 4 star resort accommodations including waterfront cabins, lodge rooms, suites and condos. With a nearly 1 to 1 guest to staff ratio, guests can expect immediate and attentive, personalized service.
A conference room is available for meetings and special events and accommodates up to 40 guests. The conference room comes with TV, VCR, flip charts, conference table and projector.
Transportation/Getting there: The Resort is easy to get to, just 90 minutes from Seattle Wa. It is not uncommon for guests to fly into Alaska and be on the water that afternoon for a half day of fishing! Just minutes from Ketchikan Alaska, some guests will elect to book a dual location trip to include the Best of SE Alaska: two days in historic and culturally intriguing Ketchikan and two days at Waterfall Resort fishing and experiencing nature.
Daily fishing aboard 25' heated cabin cruisers is hosted by our team of experienced guides, known for their lengthy marine and navigation experience.
Fishing equipment includes rods and reels, all-weather gear including boots, bait service as well as fish processing and packaging.
