Brown worked for over 28 years with the National Wild Turkey Federation where he led the organization to over 500,000 members. He later spent 2 ½ years working along side the leadership of America’s top gun manufacturers at Remington Arms Company.

CJ Brown grew up in a family where hunting was a tradition and has been an avid hunter and fisherman all of his life. He is an accomplished deer and turkey hunter and has taken the grand slam of wild turkeys several times. Brown has tremendous knowledge and experience working with top outfitters across the world, and has traveled extensively to locate quality-hunting lodges around the world.

Hunting or preparing for different hunting seasons 12 months per year, Ronnie Lambrich is a true avid sportsman. Ronnie has been chasing big game throughout North America since the 1970s. and has been successful in the field chasing trophy whitetail and mule deer, black bear, caribou, antelope, elk, moose, waterfowl, and wild turkeys to name a few.
Ronnie’s best skills are probably found in the turkey woods. With 1 world slam, 3 royal slams, 8 grand slams and averaging hunting 4-5 states per year he’s no stranger to success in the field. He’s an excellent marksman and has even shot competitive sporting class in NSCA tournaments.
Terry Lecroy served as one of the NWTF's Regional directors for many years and is no stranger to the outdoors and conservation. He's an avid whitetail and turkey hunter and has traveled North and South America in search of the finest hunting grounds. A South Carolina native, Terry has introduced many young and old to the outdoors. His experience in the field is unparalleled.
